PIITWEB is a web design studio serving SME clients. I joined as the lead UX/UI designer, responsible for translating client visions into polished, developer-ready Figma designs across a wide range of industries.
Each startup client had unique brand identities, business goals, and target audiences. Simultaneously, development timelines were tight and developers needed clean, consistent handoffs—making it hard to maintain quality at speed.
Conducted stakeholder interviews with business owners to understand goals, analyzed competitor websites in each client's niche, and reviewed common WordPress component libraries to understand implementation constraints.
Created a modular design system in Figma with reusable section templates (hero, features, testimonials, CTA) that could be rapidly customized per brand. Used atomic design principles to keep components consistent yet flexible.
Built flexible design systems and reusable templates in Figma to standardize layouts, speed up handoff, and support easier WordPress implementation—allowing multiple websites to be delivered efficiently without sacrificing user experience.
Delivered 20+ website designs across industries including real estate, skincare, logistics, and entertainment. Design-to-development handoff time reduced significantly, with clients reporting high satisfaction with the final products.
